LoveHome Terms of Service

Welcome to LoveHome! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LoveHome mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by LoveHome ("we," "our," or "us").

LoveHome is an essential app for couples that offers love days counter, relationship tracker, partner interaction, and anniversary reminder features. You can also connect with your best friends or partner and decorate an adorable home together.

By downloading, installing, or using LoveHome, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using LoveHome, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

LoveHome provides the following features and services:

  • Love Days Counter: Track the number of days you've been in a relationship
  • Relationship Tracker: Monitor and enhance your relationship with daily notes and memories
  • Adorable Home: Design and decorate a virtual home with your partner
  • Anniversary Reminders: Set reminders for important dates and events
  • Partner Interaction: Communicate and share moments with your partner
  • Health Tracking: Monitor wellness goals together (optional feature)
  • Pet Co-parenting: Raise virtual pets together

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of LoveHome, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Age Requirements

You retain ownership of content you create and share on LoveHome. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display your content to provide the Service.

You retain ownership of your content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.

8. PREMIUM FEATURES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

8.1 In-App Purchases

LoveHome offers premium features and virtual currency (coins) for purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

8.2 Subscription Services

Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.

8.3 Virtual Currency

Virtual coins and items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money or other goods. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue virtual currency at any time.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOVEHOME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LoveHome and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service.

12. TERMINATION

12.1 Termination by You

You may stop using LoveHome at any time. You may also delete your account through the app settings.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and associated data, though some information may be retained as required by law.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LoveHome operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of LoveHome after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
